Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MedCode360.ai ("the Service"), operated by NWP, L.L.C. ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MedCode360 provides AI-powered translations of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, CDT) into plain-English summaries and illustrations for educational purposes. The Service operates on a zero-PHI architecture and does not process patient health information.

3. Free Trial Offer

New users receive a 30-day free trial with up to 25 code translations. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, users must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not enter any patient health information (PHI) into the system
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• Not use automated systems to scrape or excessively query the Service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of MedCode360 are owned by NWP, L.L.C. Generated summaries and illustrations may be used by subscribers for their business purposes, but the underlying technology and platform remain the property of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NWP, L.L.C. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear their own costs. Class action claims are waived.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
